How can you help the Savannah Actor's Theatre fulfill its vision?  By helping us finish the conversion of our warehouse space into workshop spaces, dressing rooms, offices, and a black box theatre space, so that the artists of the Savannah area will have an affordable performance and workshop space in which to share their love of their art.

The Black Box Conversion Budget is $87,000 in order to fully convert the space and to allow the Savannah Actor's Theatre to purchase the necessary theatre equipment to continue producing performances and workshops.  This equipment includes lighting and sound equipment, makeup and costume stations, set construction tools, curtains and rigging, and modular staging.

Also, we need help to ensure that we possess the necessary funds in order to produce at least six challenging, thought-provoking shows each year, as well as the funds to allow underfunded theatre and performance groups to utilize our theatre at little to no cost to them.

The Savannah Actor's Theatre Operating Budget is $240,000 annually.  This amount includes the hiring of theatre professionals to guide Savannah Actor's Theatre in its endeavors and to be permanent resources for workshops and outreach educational programs.  It also includes the projected budgets for six productions and the general operating costs of running the theatre.
